Phuket is bubbling with creativity and enjoyment, because the event “Sansiri Phuket | Sip & Inspire” will take place on January 27, 2026. Organized by Sansiri Public Company Limited under the leadership of Managing Director ภูมิชาย มัธยมภพภิญโญ, the event aims to promote local coffee entrepreneurs and baristas. Visitors can expect an exciting day at The Society in Cherng Talay, where everything to do with coffee is the focus.
What exactly is behind this event? In addition to supporting local coffee producers, there will also be a competition for baristas with over 30,000 baht in prize money to be won. The creative minds behind the coffee specialties will present their best creations, and the winning menu will be available exclusively at BEANS Coffee Roaster and the winner's café. Participants from Thailand's coffee elite, including กิตติภพ เอ่งฉ้วน, the World Barista Championship 2025 semi-finalist and Thailand National Barista Champion 2025, as well as กวินนาถ วีระวรเวท, who was awarded twice as Thailand National Barista Champion 2023 and 2026, do the honors here.
Experience coffee culture up close
A particular highlight are the special activities offered as part of the event. Among other things, there will be a latte art masterclass from ศราวุธ หมั่นงาน, the 4th place winner of the World Latte Art Championship 2025. This promises to be one of the best coffee experiences - with beans roasted to a championship level. Coffee lovers also have the opportunity to visit the coffee and food market, where more than 13 well-known coffee houses from Phuket are represented. These include Asterisk Espresso, Campus Coffee Roaster, Drawing Room and Phuketian Coffee Club.
In an exciting mix of competition and enjoyment, "Sansiri Phuket | Sip & Inspire" not only shows the great importance of coffee for Phuket, but also helps to strengthen the community.
