For the first edition, the Carpe Diem Beach Club brought in the talented chef Álvaro Ramos Palancarejo, known from the Vaso Spanish Tapas Bar in Bangkok. If you wanted to treat yourself to something special for the perfect brunch, you could also find a DIY setup for Bloody Marys that featured garnishes like shrimp, chorizo ​​and bacon.

The Carpe Diem Beach Club was founded in 2021 by Benedikt De Bellis and Bruce Hanrahan. While De Bellis also launched the popular Benny’s Cocktails & Grill in Phuket, Hanrahan brings with him nearly two decades of experience from Nikki Beach. Their shared goal is to create outstanding experiences that exceed guest expectations.
