The project is being realized on a spacious area of over 7 rai, which is approximately 2.8 hectares, in Bang Tao. Surrounded by nature and a variety of popular tourist attractions, the location is just a stone's throw from Bang Tao Beach and Lotus Cheung Talay. The project value is an impressive 2 billion baht and includes 17 buildings with a total of 296 units in a modern tropical style.
A unique investment model
The concept behind The Trees Residence offers buyers the opportunity to own a portion of the hotel and generate rental income. This innovative investment strategy is seen as a prime example of a harmonious combination of relaxation and profitable investment.
