Managing Director Apirak and Managing Director Chanthip Vanit described this project as a new landmark for Phuket. The project begins with the first phase called “NEXUS”, which includes, among other things, office buildings, a health center, a lifestyle mall and a hotel. Particularly worth mentioning is the innovative concept of the “15-Minute Neighborhood”, where everything important – from living space to jobs to schools and large parks – is within walking distance. Chanthip Vanit describes the transformation of the family property from mining to palm plantations into a true model of sustainable living and urban living as a significant development.
Extensive planning and investments
The entire project covers an area of 491 rai in Srisunthorn Municipality, Thalang District, and is located on Thepkrasattri Road, which connects Phuket Airport to the city. Synthesis Ark Phuket is more than just a residential project; it includes condominiums, single-family homes, luxury villas, office buildings, hotels, serviced apartments, and educational and health centers. With a total investment of over 50 billion baht, this is one of the largest developments in Phuket. Construction is scheduled to begin in 2025, while completion is targeted for 2032.
An innovative feature of the project is the “Eco-Spectrum Living” concept, which focuses on sustainability and smart technologies. The first buildings of the NEXUS phase, including an office complex with more than 10,000 m², a premium hotel with 70 rooms, a retail and lifestyle area and a center for wellness and aesthetics, are scheduled to open by 2028. “Synthesis Ark Phuket” has already won the Asia Architecture and Design Awards 2025 in the “Asia’s Best Master Planning” category, which speaks for the high quality and vision of the project.

But that's not all: Phuket will continue to develop in the coming years, transforming from a seasonal beach destination to a year-round, high-quality international center. Strategic infrastructure projects between 2025 and 2031 will not only improve the quality of life but also the investment prospects on the island. This includes the construction of new marinas such as those in Panwa and Baan Yamu, which will offer around 171 berths for superyachts. In addition, expansions of the airport and the construction of a light rail are also planned to further increase mobility.
