ASW reports record profits and new projects in Phuket for 2025!
Asset Wise Public Company Limited, or ASW, recently reported impressive results for the first nine months of 2025. How today.line.me reported, total revenue increased to an impressive 6,250 million baht. This not only shows stable business development, but also the continued popularity of their real estate projects, especially on Phuket.
With a net profit of 689 million baht and sales of over 17,474 million baht, accounting for 90% of the annual target of 19,500 million baht, ASW has set a clear course. The backlog of sales of over 32,861 million baht to be realized by 2027 is evidence of solid planning that ensures the company a strong market position.
Growth in the third quarter
CEO Kromchet Wiphanpong highlights explosive growth in the third quarter of 2025, with revenue increasing a remarkable 43% compared to the previous quarter. Particularly important projects that have promoted this growth include “THE TITLE Legendary Bang-Tao” in Phuket and “Atmoz Canvas Rayong”. These leading projects illustrate ASW's successful business practices.
For the full year, ASW also plans to increase the number of new projects to 11, with a total value of more than 23,600 million baht. 18% of the new projects will be located in Bangkok and the surrounding area and a whopping 82% on Phuket, which underlines the importance of the region in ASW's portfolio.
New projects in prospect
The fourth quarter does not allow itself to stand still: ASW plans to open three new real estate projects in Phuket, with a total value of 9,700 million baht. These include:
- Coralina Kamala: 3.900 Millionen Baht, 564 Einheiten
- THE TITLE Sierra: 2.000 Millionen Baht, 452 Einheiten
- The Balcony Naiyang: 3.800 Millionen Baht, 542 Einheiten
Additionally, another project in Bangkok, “Kave Wonderland,” valued at 2,550 million baht, will open later this year.
The outlook is more than promising and Wiphanpong underlines that the fourth quarter in particular represents a crucial phase for the real estate market, boosted by government measures, falling interest rates and a buoyant tourism season. ASW has developed over 83 projects in the past, worth a total of more than 136,948 million baht.
Social work as a growth field
Graduates of an ASW program can find their way into careers such as health assistants and social work assistants, with an average annual salary of around $51,760 according to recent statistics.
