Luxury living in Phuket: 15 villas at 150 million baht each are for sale!
There is a lot going on in the real estate market in Phuket, and the “GARDEN ATLAS BAYVIEW” project is right in the middle of the action. On November 14, 2025, it was announced that this impressive project is worth over 2 billion baht and is being built directly on the picturesque Aow Makham in Laem Panwa. A total of 15 luxury villas are offered for sale here, each priced at 150 million baht.
On a total area of around 16 rai, which corresponds to around 6.4 hectares, the plan is to have a living space of around 1,585 square meters per villa. The concept of the project was designed under the motto “Timeless” and combines modern-Bali contemporary style with facilities that leave nothing to be desired. Highlights include a clubhouse, a fitness studio, paddle tennis, as well as a restaurant and a café. Over 30 parking spaces are available and there is also space for events for up to 150 people.
A look into the future
CEO Tor Sak Chai Chuen sees great potential for the region. He believes that Aow Makham could become the “Monaco of Asia” in the next decade. A bold comparison, but the location certainly has similar characteristics to the famous small coastal town in France. While Monaco commands extreme property prices of up to 130,000 euros per square meter, prices in Aow Makham are currently even more affordable, although this could change soon.
The region not only enjoys an attractive real estate location, but also offers access to marinas and international transport options. Future developments such as a seaplane terminal, improved airport infrastructure and high-speed rail are expected to further exploit the potential. Phuket itself already has rebuned amenities to offer, including international schools, JCI-certified hospitals and Michelin-star restaurants. This certainly helps drive interest in luxury real estate.
Growing luxury real estate market
Another factor that speaks in favor of the “GARDEN ATLAS BAYVIEW” project is the boom in the market for luxury villas. In 2024, a jump in sales of 23% was recorded compared to the previous year. The group of buyers consists of 68% investors, while 31% purchase the properties for their own use. The distribution of buyers is also interesting: 57% of those interested are Thai, while 43% are of international origin, mainly from Europe, the USA and Asia.
So if you are looking for a good deal in real estate or just want to enjoy the beauty of Phuket, then “GARDEN ATLAS BAYVIEW” is a project worth taking a closer look at. The potential of this region simply seems too good to ignore.
