There are three new residential projects on the agenda in Phuket in the fourth quarter of 2025, with a total value of 9,700 million baht. These projects include:

  • The Title Sierra, 452 Einheiten, 2.000 Millionen Baht.
  • The Balcony in Yang, 542 Einheiten, 3.800 Millionen Baht.
