New projects in the pipeline
Charn Issara has big plans: In addition to the ongoing projects in Bangkok, which cost more than 4.8 billion baht, the company is also planning in Phuket. The initiative calledSri Panwa Lagoonwill comprise a hefty 62 rai mixed-use project valued at over 7.3 billion baht. In the first phase, 20 luxurious pool villas and 14 multi-function houses await us. Pricing ranges from 43.8 million baht for the villas to 39.8 million baht for the flex homes. Additionally, Charn Issara is collaborating with the BDMS Wellness Clinic to develop a health center. A new living concept that focuses on health and sustainability could significantly improve the quality of life of residents and set a new standard of living.
