The real estate industry in Phuket is more vibrant than ever. PROUD, a leader in this sector, announced an accelerated transfer program for real estate projects in 2025. This program focuses on offering immediately available projects and adapting business strategy to current market and economic conditions. There are currently some exciting sales projects on the market that should attract investors.
Highlights include the Nue District R9 with a total value of 6.668 million baht and an impressive sales rate of 98%. The VI Ari project, with a total value of 466 million baht, has already achieved a sales rate of 64%. The VEHHA Hua Hin, which is ready for immediate occupancy, has a total value of 2.371 million baht and a sales rate of 71%. The ROMM Convent project is particularly promising, the construction progress of which is already over 50% and is worth 4,150 million baht - the sales rate here is 84%.

Another exciting project is the luxury condominium “The Residences at InterContinental Phuket Resort” in Kamala, which is currently in pre-sale and is generating strong demand from international buyers, particularly from China and Russia. In the coming year, PROUD will also be relying on effective marketing strategies under the motto “ALL IS WELL – for a sustainable life” in order to further boost sales.
PROUD's financial results show that the company is on the right track. In the third quarter of 2025, total revenue was 1.239 million baht, resulting in a net profit of 55 million baht - an increase of 1.826%. For the first nine months of 2025, total revenue is 5.013 million baht and net profit is 145 million baht, an increase of 58%.
