Luxury projects are booming in Phuket: Coralina Kamala is setting new standards!

There is a lot happening in the real estate sector in Phuket! The ASW Group has big plans for its “Coralina Kamala” real estate project, which was recently officially launched. With an impressive investment volume of over 4.28 billion baht, the project will be realized in the immediate vicinity of Kamala Beach, just 430 meters from the beach. Customers and real estate agents are enthusiastic about the new living options, which combine elegant living concepts with a design close to nature. Under the motto “Beauty of the Ocean”, eight buildings with a total of 564 residential units will be built here, extending over seven floors and also offering pet-friendly options.

The new development offers a wide range of apartment sizes, from a cozy 26 square meters to a generous 128 square meters, with 1 to 3 bedrooms. The entire project covers an area of approximately 18,000 m² and provides for a variety of amenities: over 2,900 m² of green areas, large swimming areas, a comprehensive security concept and many leisure opportunities for all ages. Particularly noteworthy is the project's sustainable approach, incorporating environmentally friendly materials and energy-efficient technologies, such as smart lighting and automatic irrigation systems. Construction work is scheduled to begin in the second quarter of 2026, with completion scheduled for the first quarter of 2028. This shows that mitihoon has accurately recognized the signs of the times and is responding to the increasing demand.

Phuket on the rise

Phuket, the second smallest province in Thailand, has evolved over the years from a trading hub between India and China to one of the most popular tourist destinations in the world. The 547 km² island not only attracts tourists, but has also spawned a vibrant expat community with an estimated over 100,000 foreigners. Historically, Phuket has never been colonized by European powers and has therefore retained a unique cultural identity. The population is ethnically diverse and includes Thais, Chinese and Muslims, giving the island a special charm. The developments in the real estate sector are directly linked to the tourism boom and clearly show, as Wikipedia shows, that Phuket has become not only a holiday home, but also an attractive place to live.

Phuket's gastronomy and numerous festivals further add to the island's appeal. Cultural life is ensured with annual events such as the Vegetarian Festival and the Phuket King’s Cup Regatta. All of these factors together strengthen Phuket's position as a desirable residential and investment location.

A look at the real estate market

But it's not just the ASW group that is active in Phuket. Assetwise is moving forward with full vigor and is planning a portfolio of new projects worth 12.2 billion baht. Their projects range from traditional residential complexes to luxurious villas. Among other things, the “Villa Kirara” project will be an important step in the diversification of their product offering. Prices for luxury apartments in Bang Tao and Laguna range between 120,000 and 200,000 baht per square meter, showing that demand from wealthy investors remains high. This trend is also supported by nationthailand, which reports that prices have increased by 700% in the last two decades.

Infrastructure in Phuket is also continuing to expand, with plans to expand the international airport and improvements to public transport. These developments are not only beneficial for tourists, but also make the region attractive for local companies and their employees. Phuket is evolving with a clear focus on luxury and serving as the foundation for numerous new economic opportunities.

Overall, the picture is clear: Phuket is not only a dream destination for holidaymakers, but also a promising location for investors who want to immerse themselves in the new real estate era. So anyone who is thinking about real estate or a new home in the sunny province currently has golden times ahead of them.
