Lotus presents electrifying sports cars: Eletre and Emeya in Phuket!

The future of electromobility is currently being celebrated in Phuket. From October 20th to 26th, 2025, Lotus Cars Thailand will showcase the latest models that mark the dawn of a new era of sports cars. The event highlights are the Eletre 600 GT SE and the Emeya 600 GT SE, which are on stage at the Central Phuket Floresta, on the first floor of the atrium. The starting price for these state-of-the-art vehicles is 5.69 million baht.

What makes these models so special? With an impressive performance of up to 905 hp and a range of up to 535 km per charging unit (WLTP standard), they not only offer driving fun, but also flexibility for long-distance journeys. Technology fans are particularly impressed by the fast DC charging function, which allows charging in just 20 minutes. This exciting presentation aims to revitalize the market in the fourth quarter of 2025 and expand the customer base in Phuket. Visitors to the event can take advantage of the opportunity to view the vehicles and even arrange test drives.

Lotus Emeya – A milestone in electromobility

Particular attention is paid to the Lotus Emeya, whose properties symbolize a clear leap into electromobility. The model combines modern design with the classic Lotus DNA and impresses with an aerodynamic profile and an aggressive front end. Powered by an electric powertrain, it has the ability to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in under 3 seconds. With a top speed of 155 mph, the Emeya satisfies even the most sporty expectations.

But that's not all. The Emeya is also equipped with state-of-the-art driver assistance systems and focuses on sustainability by using lightweight and environmentally friendly materials. With this model, Lotus shows that they are not losing sight of performance and driving pleasure while at the same time moving towards electrification.

Market development in Thailand – A look into the future

The introduction of electric mobility in Thailand fits perfectly with the country's political goals. The “30@30” policy aims to convert at least 30% of vehicle production to electric vehicles (EVs) by 2030. Current subsidy programs and tax breaks support this initiative and demonstrate Thailand's serious intention to increase EV usage. In 2023, around 75,049 fully electric vehicles were newly registered, accounting for 11.8% of the overall market. Forecasts for 2024 suggest an increase to around 88,200 units, which could push the EV share to 15.4%.

This opens up a promising business area for Lotus and the new models in a rapidly developing market. Especially in view of the challenges such as customer satisfaction and the development of a resilient infrastructure, it is crucial how organizers and manufacturers adapt to the needs of consumers.

The first Lotus Cars Meet will take place in Phuket on October 25, 2025, where the enthusiasm for electric mobility and sporty vehicles will once again be celebrated. To round off the whole experience, Lotus is offering attractive special promotions during the event. Anyone who books during this week will receive a free Wall Box Charger and a full year-round comprehensive insurance package. Those interested can even collect up to 300,000 bonus points with the ttb credit card.

Phuket will undoubtedly become the center for everyone interested in the future of the automotive industry in the coming days. Be there and experience first hand how the revolutionary electric models from Lotus bring the driving experience into the future.
