Luxury meets nature: New MGallery Resort in Phuket opens in 2026!

There will be a new highlight in Kamala, Phuket in the near future. The MGallery Residences MontAzure, operated by the renowned hotel group Accor, plans to open its doors in the first quarter of 2026. With an experienced General Manager, Veeranat Limpasuth, at the helm, the resort will focus on the creation of “Memorable, Meaningful Moments”. With over 35 years in the luxury hotel and real estate industry, Limpasuth will ensure that both design and team work in harmony.

The concept hits the nerve of the times. It is aimed at romantic nature lovers who value peace and meaningful life. The offering includes several luxurious amenities: a long pool, a children's pool, a pool bar, a clubhouse, a lobby, a fitness and yoga room, and 24-hour dining. A concierge service is of course available around the clock. The MontAzure project spans an impressive 454 rai and is being realized by leading Asian investors such as Narai Group (Thailand), ARCH Capital (Hong Kong) and Philean Capital (Singapore).

Luxurious living options

The MGallery Residences MontAzure Lakeside will not only offer first-class hotel accommodation, but will also be an exclusive residential complex. Set on a picturesque hillside just 300 meters from Kamala Beach, the 236 elegant studios and one-bedroom apartments span 16,000 square meters with lovingly landscaped gardens and water features. These modern units not only offer breathtaking panoramic lake, mountain and ocean views, but also flexible room design options.

As part of the extensive MontAzure project, which covers 72 hectares, MGallery residents will also benefit from the Accor Ownership Benefits Program. Not only can you enjoy life, but you can also take part in a hotel-managed rental program, which makes the property an attractive lifestyle investment. The InterContinental Phuket Resort, Café del Mar and the HQ Beach Lounge are also nearby, which round off the diverse range of leisure activities in the area surrounding the residential complex.

Growth in the tourism sector

The timing couldn't be better as Phuket's tourism sector is on the rise. According to reports New hotels with a total of 2,134 rooms were announced in the first half of 2025, which is more than twice as many as in the previous year. International brands such as Marriott and Radisson are bringing new momentum, and Accor has also taken on an important role in this market with the MGallery.

These developments are part of a larger shift towards a diversified offering in Phuket. Demand remains strong, supported by increased international air transport connectivity and visa-free travel from key markets. Average occupancy is estimated at an impressive 78 to 80 percent for the year, with an even higher probability during peak season. This could create ideal conditions for the successful launch of MGallery Residences MontAzure, which is sure to fit into the vibrant life of Phuket.
