A lot is happening in Phuket as the real estate landscape is blossoming in Kamala. Mr. Drong Huthajutha, CEO of Romsap Property Public Company Limited, recently unveiled exciting plans for his company's expansion in the region. According to Naewna, Kamala is described as an emerging economic hotspot surrounded by luxury residential complexes, high-end medical facilities, 5-star hotels and Michelin restaurants. The company has already successfully introduced “The Katabello” project here and now another ambitious construction project is about to open.
The new prank, “Coralina Kamala”, is being created in close proximity to Kamala Beach, just 430 meters away. The “Beauty of the Ocean” concept combines nature, elegance and tranquility and is already causing a sensation in the region. Spread over a generous area of 11 rai, the project comprises seven-story low-rise apartments with a total of 564 units. Those interested can choose between different apartment sizes, which vary from a comfortable 26 to a generous 128 square meters.
Sustainability and comfort in focus
The planners rely on a modern luxury design that emphasizes sustainable materials and natural colors. Environmental factors are also an important aspect of the project. Over 2,900 m² of green space was planned to improve air quality and create relaxing places to stay. But comfort is not neglected either: the project offers universal design to ensure safety and accessibility for all residents. There are also over 22 community activities, including five different swimming pools.
Diverse real estate offers
A variety of properties are already under construction, including 1 to 3 bedroom apartments. FazWaz lists 187 properties for sale in Coralina Kamala, offering a price range between €178,000 and €561,000. Here are some examples:
